Cecil R  Manley  Enter eternal  rest  on April 17, 2024. He was born January 22, 1977 to Cecil  and Lorraine Manley. He attended Taylor Elementary , Blair Middle  and Maury High School. He was the type of person  that would give you the shirt off his back and would not want nothing in return. Cecil was always glad to see his grandson that looked like he could have been his twin. His favorite past time was fishing ,cooking and spending time with his dog Henry. Cecil was full of wisdom, Knowledge, courage and understanding. He leaves to cherish his memory : his sons Tyrique , Tevin, Terrell  Locker and Taquan his wife Onelisa Locker  His Special Friend  Tomeka Jefferson. Parents: Lorraine Smith, Step Dad: Larry Smith.
